Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2015

One of the main reasons we visited Disney World in October this past fall was to try the food at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. I guess you call my husband and I “foodies.” The fact that we were also there for Jason’s birthday just happened to be luck. (It was the cheapest week for the hotel we were staying at during the festival). Here’s a list of the food I tried at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival, starting with my favorites. Some of the dishes come back the next year, so for anyone thinking of taking a trip to Disney World this fall I definitely recommend trying these dishes.

Ireland-Fisherman’s Pie (my absolute favorite dish) and Kerrygold Cheese Plate

Mexico-Sangria (By festival standards, you get the most for your money compared to sangria at other booths.)

Canada-Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon and Apple Ice Wine (I just wish they gave you more of the ice wine in a glass…I loved it!)

South Korea-Lettuce Wrap with Roast Pork & Kimchi Slaw (This booth had the longest line out of any at any time. I think the smell attracted most people. The food smelled amazing!)
